Adding items to the Web Store is as simple as ticking the “Make available on the web” option in Dynamics RMS. Once live, new orders from the Web Store are automatically downloaded in the PoS application. With support from the world’s leading payment gateways (such as VeriSign, WorldPay, RealEx, Authorize.Net, etc.), payments can be automatically processed online or, alternatively, manually processed at the point-of-sale. Timed synchronisation means that the information on the Web Store is kept closely in sync with the in-store inventory, and customers cannot order items online that are out of stock.
